Testing Status & Validation Boundaries
Internal Testing Completed: PEIS has completed internal regression and acceptance testing against its governing validation baseline.
Independent External Validation Status: Independent external validation has not yet been completed. Internal test results, while exhaustive across baseline corpora, do not constitute third-party certification, government endorsement, or universal accuracy guarantees.
Founding Beta Purpose: The Founding Beta Program is intended in part to obtain additional real-world performance, usability, and market evidence across diverse project environments. Beta participation gathers operational evidence and user feedback; it does not replace, constitute, or represent formal independent external validation.

Every PEIS release candidate undergoes automated regression testing across eight distinct functional domains.

Documented Scope & Known Limitations
We believe analytical software credibility begins with a clear statement of operating limits.
1. Dependency on Input Record Completeness
PEIS evaluates evidence based strictly on ingested records. If critical project correspondence, unrecorded verbal agreements, or missing schedule updates are not provided to the system, evaluations will reflect the documentary record as ingested.
2. Non-Autonomous Decision Authority
PEIS is an analytical intelligence platform, not an autonomous arbiter, judge, or licensed professional engineer. All evaluations and findings must be reviewed and authorized by qualified professionals.
3. OCR Quality Constraints
While PEIS incorporates optical character recognition for scanned records, severely degraded scans, handwritten field notes, or damaged historical plans may require human transcription assistance.
