Founding Beta Participation Terms
Effective: September 2026 | PEIS Intelligence LLC
1. Program Scope & Eligibility
The PEIS Founding Beta Program is a closed, invitation-only evaluation cohort conducted by PEIS Intelligence LLC. Admitted organizations receive temporary, controlled access to evaluate PEIS analytical capabilities on approved project record sets. Admission is determined on an application-by-application basis.
2. Bilateral Non-Disclosure & Data Protection
Prior to any project document ingestion, participating organizations and PEIS Intelligence LLC shall execute a formal Bilateral Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) and Data Processing Schedule. Customer project data remains the exclusive property of the participant and will not be shared, pooled, or utilized for public model training.
3. Evaluation-Only Use & Non-Commercial License
Access granted during the beta period is strictly for internal analytical evaluation, benchmark testing, and workflow validation. Beta outputs may not be sold or sublicensed to third parties without prior written consent from PEIS Intelligence LLC.
4. Structured Feedback Commitments
Participants agree to participate in periodic structured evaluation sessions and provide feedback across analytical categories including chronology accuracy, contradiction utility, schedule intelligence clarity, and workflow time savings.
5. Limitation of Liability
PEIS is provided for evaluation purposes as a pre-commercial analytical release. In no event shall PEIS Intelligence LLC be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from beta participation or reliance upon analytical evaluations.
