Who we are looking for
People who actually review pursuits.
- Small government-contractor owners or pursuit teams.
- Capture managers, proposal managers and compliance reviewers.
- Practitioners able to complete guided tasks and explain disagreements with the results.
You do not need to supply a live bid or proprietary dataset to participate.
What participation involves
Specific tasks. Traceable feedback.
- Start with supplied fictional company and solicitation materials.
- Work through evidence review, qualification and an explicit pursuit decision.
- Review an amendment, prepare forms and inspect a final package.
- Report blockers, misunderstood states and unnecessary effort; discuss whether the workflow would earn a place in your process.

Confirm the boundaries
Selected participants receive release-specific setup requirements, limitations and participation terms before access. No confidential material is requested.
Run the guided tasks
After release clearance and onboarding, evaluate the frozen build with the provided materials and record what succeeds, fails or needs assistance.
Keep sensitive information out.
Initial evaluation is restricted to supplied fictional material and approved public information. Do not send or upload confidential proposals, customer records, pricing secrets, credentials, classified information, Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI), export-controlled material or regulated personal data.
No public file upload or software download is provided on this page.

This is pre-commercial evaluation software, not a production service or a substitute for professional review. Do not rely on the evaluation for a live submission.
Current search is local and literal. Live discovery, automatic-classifier accuracy, certified translation quality, aggregate fit/win scores and production-scale behavior are not established by the accepted internal testing.

Do I need to buy anything or enter a credit card?
No fee or payment method is requested for the 60-day evaluation. There is no automatic conversion to a paid subscription. Final enrollment terms are supplied before access; commercial pricing is not established by this evaluation.
Can I download or use Lucevia immediately?
No. This page collects interest only. Access requires a cleared distribution package and participant onboarding. We are not promising an immediate account, installer, supported device list or start date.
Is this the PEIS Founding Beta?
No. This invitation is specifically for Lucevia. PEIS project evaluation is a different product and program. The existing PEIS beta application and PEIS beta terms do not enroll you in Lucevia.
What information should the first email contain?
Basic business contact and role information, plus the aspect you want to test. Your email is sent through your email provider, not a form on this page. Do not attach solicitation files, evidence, diagnostic logs or participant documents. See the website privacy notice for general contact-information handling.
